Massive scandal could lead to the downfall of the new Governor-General

Recent bombshell allegations have been revealed to the Australian News Network, declassified and sent by the Australian Government. The screenshots, sent by a 'TrustyRoo' (most likely an alternate account) appear to show the Governor-General ChristopherPatten involved in a plan to create a new opposition political party. According to 'TrustyRoo', ChristopherPatten stated that he wanted to dismiss the current Conorra Ministry and empower opposition politicians, imploring them to start a political party. These are all allegations made by 'TrustyRoo' and have not been verified. Mr. Patten also named the group 'PASA' and added individuals to the group. There are also significant gaps in the conversation, which 'TrustyRoo' states were messages by Mr. Patten.

It is important to note that Mr. Patten did not start this group chat, rather ChevahrKatter did. Members of the group have also stated that Mr. Patten did not state that he would dismiss the Conorra Ministry, rather something more along the lines of "I can hypothetically but I won't". Overall, it is necessary to note that due to the deleted messages, most claims made by either side cannot be verified.

Prime Minister Conorra has taken this issue to Group Management, whom have stated that they were discussing the matter. Mr. Patten has not responded to the allegations. Numerous high ranking LNP members joined the Unity Party Discord (the party started by opposition politicians), after which it was promptly deleted. This high-profile scandal could throw the Governor-General, sworn in just yesterday, into uncertainty regarding his position.
